Ingredients

 

  • 2 can (14 ounces) coconut milk

  • 1 can ( 14 ounces) condensed milk

  • 4 or 4 dl fresh milk

  • 3/4 cup white sugar

  • roasted peanuts (later crushed it to make it small)

  • 1 cup cornstarch (majsstärkelse)

 

Steps how to do it

 

  • roast the peanuts first and crashed it in small pieces

  • pour the coconut milk in a a medium size cooking pot and boil it

  • add the sugar and condensed milk, stir well

  • simmer for 5 mins (not so high temperature)

  • in a small bowl combine milk and cornstarch, stir well

  • pour the fresh milk and cornstarch (that you mixed in) in the pot, stir well

  • allow to cook, make sure you stir it until it gets your desired thickness

  • pour the mixture in a serving tray or pyrex, make it flat

  • garnish with roasted peanuts

  • refrigerate to make it cold and serve it
