Shrimp in puff pastry with caviar
Ingredients (för 4 personer)
- 250 g färsk smördeg
- 1 ägg
- 1 äggula
- 200 g skalade räkor
- 2 dl crème fraiche med dill, havssalt och citron
- 80 g caviar
- Garnering: dill
Steps how to do it
- Heat up the oven according on the puff pastry package.
- Roll out the pastry
- Cut in 8 boxes (pieces)
- Brush half of the boxes, the top (4 pcs.) with the whipped egg.
- Bake them in the middle of the oven according on the puff pastry package.
- Drain the shrimps (make sure that you remove the water)
- Mix the shrimps and crème fraîche.
- Cut the citron/lemon into wedges.
- After from the oven: Cool down a little.
- Cut the puff pastry in the middle.
- Fill with the mix shrimps and crème fraîche.
- Decorate/garnish with caviar and dill.
- Put back the other half of the puff pastry.
- Serve with the slice citron/lemon.
