Shrimp in puff pastry with caviar

Ingredients (för 4 personer)

  • 250 g färsk smördeg
  • 1 ägg
  • 1 äggula
  • 200 g skalade räkor
  • 2 dl crème fraiche med dill, havssalt och citron
  • 80 g caviar
  • Garnering: dill

Steps how to do it

  • Heat up the oven according on the puff pastry package.
  • Roll out the pastry
  • Cut in 8 boxes (pieces)
  • Brush half of the boxes, the top (4 pcs.) with the whipped egg.
  • Bake them in the middle of the oven according on the puff pastry package.
  • Drain the shrimps (make sure that you remove the water)
  • Mix the shrimps and crème fraîche.
  • Cut the citron/lemon into wedges.
  • After from the oven: Cool down a little.
  • Cut the puff pastry in the middle. 
  • Fill with the mix shrimps and crème fraîche.
  • Decorate/garnish with caviar and dill.
  • Put back the other half of the puff pastry.
  • Serve with the slice citron/lemon.
