200 grams hazelnuts

2 dl white sugar

1 msk (tbsp) potato flour

2 eggs
Steps how to do it

Heat up the oven "varmluft" or "fan-assisted oven" to 175°C.

Put the hazelnuts in a blender machine to make it crushed (such as blender to make smoothie).

Transfer the crushed hazelnuts to a bowl,

Add the sugar, potato flour and the eggs and mix it well.

Prepare the "bakplåtspapper" or "baking paper/oven paper".

Take a piece of the dough and form it as a circle.

On the top of it, put one piece hazelnuts.

Ready to put in the oven and bake for 8 minutes.

Serve: afternoon/evening tea
