Salmon with pasta pesto and tomatoes
Ingredients
- 300 g salmon fillet
- 6-8 pcs small tomatoes
- 2 pieces (stick) scallions (salladslök/sibuyas dahon)
- 2 portion Tagliatelle pasta
- 1 tsp butter
- 3-4 tbsp pesto (jar/can)
Steps how to do it
- Wash and cut the tomatoes into four parts.
- Cut the scallions (slanting)
- Boil the pasta according the packaging.
- Put seasoning the salmon (salt & pepper)
- Fry it in a butter in a frying pan, approximately 5 minuter every side. Make sure that the heat is not so high.
- Mix the pasta, pesto, tomatoes and scallions.
- Serve the salmon with the pasta.Â
