emz korean bibimbap

The word Bibimbap, it means "mixed rice with meat and assorted vegetables". You can do it in different ways depending on your taste or how you want it. My Korean bibimbap is depending on my preference. I put avocado, it is just simply because I love avocado.

Ingredients (for 2 serving)

 

  • 200g meat (I sliced it myself into a small portion)

  • 2 portions of steamed rice

  • Korean bulgogi powder

  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds

  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce

  • 100g mushrooms

  • 1 can small size bean sprouts (I used in a can)

  • 2 medium size carrots (slice in a stick size)

  • 2 eggs (it should be sunny side-up)

  • 1 avocado (sliced)

  • 250g spinach or small chinese pechay (fresh)

  • kimchi (I made it myself)

  • bibimbap sauce (the same sauce in my korean bbq)

 

Bibimbap sauce 

 

  • 3 tbsp Gochujang (Hot pepper paste)

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1 small green onion (chopped)

  • 2 tbsp white sugar

  • 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
